This new transponder will be as the first one, dedicated to the foreign (brand-name) and local channels which will at the end form a basic MPEG-2 package of about 30 television and numerous Radio channels. The RTVT platform is easily accessible to all the viewers across  Europe and Russia and includes some FTA channels, the rest is encrypted with Irdeto-2.
